As part of our effort to make more of our own creations on a more regular basis, we made up a small run of the giant paper gems that you all loved so much from Porter Flea for our very own Etsy shop! Here's a little sampling of our offerings, but please hop over to Etsy to see it all.
UPDATE (6/15/2015): After some disappointing real-world trial-and-error, we have unfortunately concluded that our beloved baubles are too large and fragile to reliably and predictably ship, so we have discontinued sale of them in our Etsy shop. However, if you're local to the Nashville area and are interested in making some of our baubles your own, shoot us an email at hello@craftcoursenashville.com. We also hope to launch downloadable and printable templates in the near future so that you can make your own no matter wear you live!

We had the pleasure of creating festive decor for Porter Flea's 2014 Holiday Market at Track One. Market-goers were greeted by a 15' x 15' installation of handmade oversized geometric bauble garlands in red, teal, fuchsia, blush, teal, blue, and gold for an updated retro holiday vibe. Oooh, let's shop, indeed! Individual baubles created a festive entrance for the market's pantry area. Lighting from Bright Event Productions added some extra dimension and drama to the baubles. A few strands provided the perfect backdrop for the Smilebooth. Check out all the photobooth photos here and here. We'll leave you with a few dreamy photos of our work from Porter Flea photographer Emily Jones.
We recently transformed the Skillery into the perfect setting for couple Matt & Katie's wedding even dinner. We created everything from fringy, handmade invitations to a larger-than-life photo gallery to 3-foot tall custom pinatas donning the couple's initials. Our favorite part: the kid pics on sticks. Definitely a crowd favorite.
