We're excited to share photos of some work we created for fellow Porter Flea-ers The ZEN Succulent for the launch of their book Modern Terrarium Studio in June.
We began working with Megan all the way back in January to come up with just the right concept for her book launch party. She loved our geometric baubles from the Porter Flea Holiday Market but also wanted us to integrate a project from her book. So we gave her the best of both worlds! We combined the DIY himmeli project from the book with custom baubles in the same shape, and we brought it all together with a color scheme we picked up from the pages of her book.
We created dozens of baubles and faux brass himmeli and custom signage to create decor for every part of her party, which was held at West Elm Southpoint in Durham, NC -- everything from a photo booth backdrop to table decor to custom hashtag confetti to her signing table backdrop. We wish we'd been there ourselves, but we'll definitely settle for these gorgeous shots by Allie Mullin!
